Sewer Rehab Progress

The City of Simpsonville has received a grant from FEMA for assistance in upgrading 7 sanitary sewer aerial creek crossings.  These improvements are designed to reduce the potential for significant damage during a flood event which might disrupt sewer service to residences, schools, hospital, police and fire and businesses as well as do damage to the environment.  Four of these crossings have been upgraded to date.  To view the locations for each project, click on the tabs below.

Sewer Rehab is now in progress.


1. Sewer pipes are being replaced off Almond Drive and in Tebblewood Drive..


2. Seven (7) sewer creek crossings are being upgraded to lessen the chance of damage from severe flooding.  Six crossings have been upgraded.  Workers are currently upgrading a crossing in Powderhorn.
